Terms & Conditions

By booking a retreat through this website with Health Deeply Rooted, you acknowledge and understand that an agreement has been entered into between you and Health Deeply Rooted. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:
Payment Terms
There are two primary payment options for the retreat: full upfront payment or the installment plan detailed below. If you choose the installment plan, Health Deeply Rooted typically divides the payment into two installments.
First Payment: Upon enrollment, 50% of the retreat price will be collected as the initial deposit payment. While this secures your spot in our upcoming retreat, it does not fully confirm or guarantee your spot.
Second Payment: 30 days later, the remaining 50% of the retreat price will be collected as your final payment to complete the transaction. Please note that your spot in the retreat is only confirmed upon the completion of full payment. If you book within 30 days before the retreat dates, you must submit the full payment amount to sign up.
If the final balance is not received by the stated due date, Health Deeply Rooted reserves the right to consider your booking canceled and release your spot to the next guest on our waiting list. The price includes what is listed in the package and itinerary, such as resort accommodation, training, certain meals, and activities. However, it does not cover your travel to and from Phuket or your personal insurance.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We understand that unforeseen events can disrupt your plans.
Full Payment Refund: If you have paid for the retreat in full upfront and decide to cancel 12 weeks before the retreat date, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us via email to initiate the refund process.
Installment Plan: If you have opted for our installment plan, the deposit or first payment is non-refundable once the trip proceeds. However, if you cancel 12 weeks before the retreat date and have made payments other than the deposit, those amounts are refundable.
Any cancellation made less than 12 weeks before the retreat date is non-refundable. Once the retreat has commenced, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, late arrivals, early departures, or any unused portion of the retreat.
Travel & Insurance
As this retreat involves combat sports and fitness exercises, all guests are required to purchase personal accident and medical insurance upon registration. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for the duration of your trip. Health Deeply Rooted cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from delays or cancellations by travel companies you may have booked with, or for any irregularities in your travel documentation.
Please carry your insurance policies with you during the retreat. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance coverage you purchase is appropriate for your needs. Health Deeply Rooted reserves the right to deny guests participation in training or activities if they do not carry medical insurance.
Health Deeply Rooted and its business partners (e.g., gyms and hotel partners) are not liable for accidents or deaths resulting from guest negligence, acts of third parties, or circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or similar causes.
Medical Conditions & Special Requirements
You must inform us of any medical, mental, or physical conditions, pregnancy, disability, current medications, or other factors that may affect your fitness to travel or participate in the retreat. Please also notify our representatives or coaches upon arrival for special attention and guidance. We will keep this information confidential and do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you have special dietary requirements, please indicate this in our questionnaire and inform resort or restaurant staff as needed. While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, Health Deeply Rooted is not obligated to fulfill all requests.
Participation in Activities
While we encourage participation in training and activities, the decision to attend is entirely yours. Please consider your comfort and commitment before engaging in certain activities. For example, long sea trips like the Hype Boat may cause discomfort for those prone to motion sickness. Please exercise caution and voice any concerns to our representatives.
Photography/Filming/Content Creation
During the retreat, you may be photographed or filmed by professional photographers or videographers for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included in these materials, please indicate so in our questionnaire after signing up and inform our representatives upon arrival. Otherwise, you grant Health Deeply Rooted permission to use such images or videos for promotional purposes.
Amendments/Changes
Health Deeply Rooted reserves the right to modify services, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice. We will communicate any changes to guests throughout the retreat. We may amend activities due to major circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, accidents, or other causes.
We also reserve the right to cancel confirmed bookings at any time. If the minimum number of sign-ups required is not met, we may cancel and offer alternative arrangements or a refund.
Passports, Visas, and Health Documents
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel and health documents before departure. We cannot accept liability if you are denied entry onto transport or into any country due to inadequate documentation. If your failure to produce necessary documents results in fines or penalties, you will be responsible for reimbursing us.
Data Protection and Privacy
Health Deeply Rooted will use your personal information for planning purposes and may share it with business partners involved in the retreat. By completing our questionnaire, you consent to the use and sharing of your personal data. We will ensure that your information is protected and kept confidential.
